Holy Smokes, I didn't realize I have been gone so long...busy! busy! busy!

Hello all, no I did not run away but sometimes it feels like it. I have been a busy gal though.

I took my Mom out to Saskatoon to see her sister-in-law that fell and fractured her knee and unfortunately we heard today that she was rushed to hospital with 4 blood clots in her lung. I had warned her of the signs and symptoms of this when I was out there. So far she is doing ok.

I have also been doing a ton of fundraising, with my breast cancer items at our little mini mall; also a table at the Extra Foods store in Swan River (my hometown) and then my niece and I had a garage sale last Saturday and it was very successful.

I am busy planning a Family Fun Carnival for May 12 and all funds raised will go to my Breast Cancer Walk. It is alot of work but I think the kids will have alot of fun, parents too.

I have also been travelling to Winnipeg once a week for three weeks for shots in my right knee and hoping that they will work at taking the pain away so I can walk pain free, so far it does not seem to be helping, in fact it feels worse but in a different spot. Oh well time will tell. I will also pick up the brace for my left knee tomorrow.

I have also worked on some cards..let me see if I can find them.
