The Carnival is over and my fundraising will soon be done!

Well I must say that this past week has been a busy one. The Carnival is over and although our numbers were small, we did raise more than we thought and the kids had an awesome time.

Of course I had to test out the train to see if it worked, I almost got bucked off...what fun!

We had a fishing game, duck pond and balloon shooting games.

We had boat races, ring toss, throne toss, basketball shoot, frisbee throw, dress up, plinko, hit the bucket, face painting, toy train ride, and the ambulance personnel brought a display and handouts for the kids.

We had alot of fun.
I really need to thank my Mom, Helen Prieston, who looked after the breast cancer item table; my friend Joan Kobluk who looked after the admission and raffle tables; Kay Mansell who helped plan and organize the Carnival as well as worked at the games; Jan & Earl Smith, Kristina Ramsden, Chad Preston and Dennis Preston for helping with the set up and taking down of the games. Thanks to Chad also for cooking and selling the hot dogs and doing the running around for me. Thank you to my sister-in-law Linda Prieston for helping wherever we needed her. Thanks to B-Ann and Norrie from the ARHA for bringing down the ambulance and handing out goodies to the kids.

Everyone went home with some awesome prizes and I think we all had a good time.

I forgot to mention this treasure dig game, Kay brought this one and the kids loved it. She had little fish buried in the sand and the kids had to dig to find them. A great game.
