I got two cards finished and enough supplies to do 20 more, they are all ready to take to work with me tomorrow and I will put them together there. The letters I cut out using my sizzix and my sticker maker (forget what it is called), got all my little pink ribbons stamped and cut out so now it is just assembly time. These cards are for my breast cancer fundraiser as well.
I used this card on the right for my inspiration. I found it in a magazine from 2003 or 2004 advertising a breast cancer walk, how appropriate eh? Ideally I would have liked to use the pink behind the HOPE but did not have enough and I think the card on the right must have been a bit bigger than mine because the letters look the same but mine did not fit. I like the card as I think it speaks volumes (at least to me it did). Next I will work on my gift pack of cards, I think I will do 6 to a pack and I am going to use the Warmest Regards set and make those 6 sentiments (I may change my mind and do 2 of each). I have lots to do but while it is so bitterly cold outside, I do not mind staying in and stamping.
