It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!

We were in Yorkton again yesterday and it definitely was looking alot more like Christmas, the malls and Walmart were bustling with shoppers, the carols were playing, the bells were ringing from the Salvation Army Kettle people and when you stepped outside it was storming like mad. Other than the long lineups, I actually like doing some last minute Christmas stocking shopping. I find it fun and everyone is usually in a festive mood.

Dennis was in a festive mood yesterday and he bought two pair of yoga pants, a matching jacket and a zippered sweatshirt, so when I go to work on Wednesday I will look so hot in my new gear, too bad I don't have a body to go with it...hahaha. Figures has certainly helped me build muscle but this old body has a long way to go.

Today was a good day as i got an email from my little chemo buddy and he has received the big Christmas package I sent him and his Mom would not let him open it and he is begging her to let him. I told her to go for it and let him as there was stuff in there that he could be doing now. I also sent him a dancing elf of me singing "I Wish you a Merry Christmas", it was so funny and a little while later he sent me one back. I laughed so hard. Made my heart feel good, considering he got bad news that the cancer was back this week. What a sweetheart he is.

Check out my elf at:

Now don't laugh too hard....you can make your own elf and share it with me, I would love to see it.

It is almost midnight and it will be Dec. 18, my sister Janice's birthday. She passed away 2 years ago with lung small cell cancer, she would have been 59 this year. I remember her with lots of love and fond memories.

Happy Birthday dear Janice!

On a lighter note, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and remember you better be good because Santa Claus is watching You!
